Ring CallDesk when a client calls one of our numbers

Incoming ring time (seconds)How long everyone rings before the caller hears the missed-call message. Min 5, max 60.

Rings every browser that has CallDesk open (up to 10). The first to answer gets the call.
If nobody answers, the caller hears: “Sorry, we missed your call. We will call you back as soon as possible.” It then shows as a missed call.
Turning this on points your numbers above at CallDesk. This replaces any forwarding set up in Twilio.

Ring time (seconds)How long it rings before giving up. Min 5, max 600. History (days)How many past days the History tab shows. Min 1, max 30.

Which countries can be called is controlled in Twilio: Voice → Settings → Geo permissions.
